Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team in Madison, WI. The role involves managing complex litigation and providing legal counsel on regulatory, competition, healthcare, and related risk areas. You will handle multi‑million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, represent the company in high‑stakes proceedings, and cultivate relationships with vendors and industry collaborators. • Experience counseling for risk mitigation, drafting motions, briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Regulatory and privacy litigation experience is a plus.

• Must relocate to the Madison, WI area; relocation will be reimbursed.
