Responsibilities include managing litigation and regulatory matters, counseling on the competitive landscape, and leading settlement negotiations.

• 3-7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Regulatory and privacy litigation experience is a plus.
