• Interview and select team members who have the potential to contribute to a positive team culture and performance.
• Build a high performing team by engaging, empowering, and developing team members to reach their full potential through positive and constructive feedback, training, and coaching
• Hold team members accountable to operational and compliance standards
• Support dentists by understanding and advancing their practice goals
• Provide compassionate care to patients.
• Collaborate with the leadership team on new initiatives like process improvements that impact the entire organization
• Effectively communicate with all team members by adjusting to their needs and always start with the WHY
• Actively participate in leadership development sessions to expand your knowledge and growth potential
• Analyze reports to identify opportunities for improvement in the areas of access to care, patient experience, and employee retention

• 3 years management experience in a dental office setting
• Experience with interviewing, selecting, and/or training employees highly desired
• Computer proficiency
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Training in OSHA and HIPAA Compliance
