Tradition Coffee Roasters is a growing, family‑owned specialty coffee company focused on quality, education, community and our team. We roast, package, and deliver coffee locally and ship nationwide. This is a hands‑on coffee production role supporting roasting, packaging, labeling, bagging, fulfillment, and local deliveries. You’ll work with your hands, stay active, and be part of a team‑focused, quality‑driven environment where consistency and attention to detail truly matter. While assisting the Head Roaster/Production manager to start, this role has the potential to grow into Coffee Roaster. We’re looking for someone who loves coffee and people, communicates well, works great within a team, and feels comfortable using software and digital tools as part of daily operations.

The ideal candidate is friendly, positive, clean, outgoing, efficient, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask while fulfilling multiple orders s position will require some lifting throughout the day and always maintaining a clean workspace. • Support daily roasting operations and workflow
• Handle green and roasted coffee with care
• Package coffee and assemble gift sets
• Fulfill e‑commerce and subscription orders
• Perform local deliveries and represent the brand professionally
• Load/unload coffee and supplies
• Maintain a clean production space
• Follow food safety and OSHA standards
• Use multiple software systems daily
• Climb ladders and operate lifts after training

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
• Comfortable with physical work and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Experience and leadership in coffee, culinary, food production, warehouse, or hospitality preferred
• Reliable, team‑oriented, detail‑focused, and willing to learn
• Logistics and inventory management experience a plus!
