Dialysis Registered Nurse PRN – U.S. Renal Care

Base pay range: $41.85/hr - $59.78/hr

You’ll be an integral part of a cross‑functional team, working under the supervision of a Charge Nurse and assisting and supervising Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to care for patients living with kidney disease.

• Patient care. Directly work with patients to provide safe, comfortable, and high‑quality dialysis treatment. Perform physical assessments before and after treatments, monitor patients during treatment, and administer medications according to physician orders.
• Teamwork. Critical member of interdisciplinary team; provide required patient assessment and care planning activities; ensure center staffing requirements are met under direction of the Administrator and in accordance with state regulations for staffing ratios.
• Safety & Quality. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, state and federal laws and regulations; participate in all required staff meetings and continuing education offerings.

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• One or more years of current nursing experience (preferred).
• Previous dialysis nursing experience (preferred).
