Travel Registered Nurse Tele

Registered Nurse – Telemetry (Tele) position in Kailua, Hawaii.

Start date:

11/30/2026. 13-week travel assignment in a hospital setting. Weekly pay range: $2,058 to $2,111 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour days, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. This assignment is a travel temporary assignment through Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

• Deliver coordinated, patient-centered nursing care for assigned patients using the nursing process
• Collect and interpret health data, plan interventions, implement care, and evaluate patient outcomes
• Supervise and direct activities of licensed and unlicensed nursing staff; collaborate with multidisciplinary team
• Coordinate care with other services, participate in discharge planning, and provide patient and family education
• Maintain a safe, clean, and healing environment; ensure patient safety and privacy
• Document care activities accurately and timely; communicate changes in patient status to the care team

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• ACLS certification from an approved vendor (facility policy: required)
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) training or certification required
• Minimum of two years of recent acute care nursing experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Ability to work in a hospital tele/step-down setting and to participate in 12-hour shift rotation
• Excellent critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
