We’re looking for a Territory Manager to join Pape’ Material Handling, the premier capital equipment dealer in the West. If you love to compete, are driven to win, and enjoy creating your own success and results, we want to hear from you!

Job Summary

Pape’ invests in your growth with robust training programs and continuous support, offering competitive compensation, exceptional benefits, and a strong work‑life balance. In this role you will specialize in selling industrial carts, demonstrating how these products improve customer efficiency and profit, while building market share in your assigned territory.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive in a Pape’ sales vehicle and work your defined territory.
  • Build relationships with new and current customers.
  • Identify needs and present solutions for industrial carts.
  • Close sales and track performance to reach unlimited earning potential.
  • Grow your career through ongoing training and mentorship.
Qualifications
  • 1 or more years of previous sales experience.
  • Knowledge of material handling equipment.
  • Financing background preferred.
  • Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Compensation

Commission – Only.
