Security Assistant Manager – Kukio Golf & Beach Club

We are looking for an experienced security professional to join our leadership team at Kukio Golf & Beach Club. The role focuses on ensuring safe and secure operations for the community, supporting excellent customer service, and managing a dedicated security team.

• Work directly with the management team to oversee daily security operations.
• Supervise a talented security staff, ensuring effective patrol coverage round‑the‑clock.
• Act as the first point of contact at the main guard gate and respond to medical incidents, vehicle and pedestrian accidents, fire and burglary alarms, and trespassers or public ground entrants.
• Assist the Security Manager in managing the physical safety and security of the community’s members, employees, facilities, property, vendors, and contractors.
• Ensure a safe environment for homeowners and their guests, maintaining a high level of service and security compliance.

• Competitive salary: $75,000 – $85,000 annually plus a bonus plan.
