Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer supporting a government airport location.

You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to situations with professionalism, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. This dynamic role calls for integrity, teamwork, and a caring, reliable approach while helping protect people, property, and operations.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $34.50 / Hour

• Tue: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

• Valid Driver's License (+1 years)
• 18+ years of age

• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently

• Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
• Ability to pass a background check according to the DOT Pass and e

• Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, airport personnel, and other stakeholders by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of assigned airport facilities, terminals, roadways, parking areas, perimeter areas, and other designated locations; working environments and conditions may vary throughout the airport location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following applicable post orders and escalation procedures.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify credentials as assigned, and report unauthorized activity, suspicious behavior, hazards, and maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear and accurate activity, incident, and patrol documentation, and coordinate with airport operations and public-service agencies when directed.

• At least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience is required.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• An armed guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
