• Sell and conduct private and small group training sessions with members.
• Provide manual therapy, massage, myofascial release, assisted stretching, and other recovery modalities.
• Assist and encourage members to participate in private training and recovery programs.
• Accurately administer client programs (dotFIT, supplements, measurement tracking, workouts, etc.).
• Arrive on time, prepared, and attentive for all appointments.
• Support all revenue‑generating activities, including complimentary workouts, recovery booths, body‑fat assessments, seminars, workshops, and more.

• Licensed massage therapist (LMT), athletic trainer, physical therapist, or equivalent experience with recovery modalities.
• In‑depth knowledge of private training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
• Current dotFIT certification (or in progress).
