We’re hiring a Helicopter Pilot to provide medical air transportation services to REACH customers. Safety is a key pillar of our services.

• Starting salaries from $117,475-$126,787 including 35% Geo Modifier
• 5K SPIFR Stipend
• 15K Sign‑On Bonus after training
• 40K Retention Bonus after 36 months in the GMR Pilot Retention Bonus Plan
• Off‑Duty Housing at this location
• 7/7 Schedule

• Work with medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches and maintain cleanliness as per FAR and Company requirements.
• Maintain accurate company and regulatory documentation and records.
• Communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Update shift change information to the next pilot and team following protocol for recording Company change board details.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
• Helicopter instrument rating
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
• 2,000 helicopter flight hours
• 1,000 helicopter PIC hours
• 1,000 turbine hours
• Minimum 100 cumulative hours of instrument flight time
• Minimum 200 helicopter night hours (aided and/or unaided)

• Previous Airbus EC135/H135 or similar aircraft experience preferred, but not required.

• Upload your Pilot License and FAA Medical Certificate.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
