Do you love digging into data, organizing, and problem-solving? We want to hear from you! We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented accountant to help keep our financial information in order and up to date. You’ll be in charge of bookkeeping, producing financial reports, and recording accurate information in Quick Books.

This is not a remote position; this position requires you to be in the office.

$50,000 - $60,000 Based on Experience + Profit Sharing

• Ensure all books reconcile with bank statements and prepare financial statements
• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
• Verify accuracy within day books and all ledgers
• Make sure accounts receivable/payable are complete
• Manage payroll duties to ensure employees are paid on time

• Strong knowledge of Quick Books, Excel, and basic accounting systems
• Must be well-versed in general accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Must possess exceptional communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Must have 2 or more years of work experience at an accounting firm or as a management accountant, bookkeeper, cost accountant or similar
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required
