LMCU is looking for a Mortgage Sales Assistant, a role responsible for providing administrative support to the mortgage division while assisting members in a courteous, professional, and confidential manner.

• Provide clerical support to assigned Loan Originator(s) to ensure our members receive excellent service.
• Assist with general sales support activities.
• Receive and return phone calls.
• Provide marketing support.
• Prepare and maintain assigned records and reports.
• Create and mail disclosure packages.
• Schedule closings.
• Provide status updates to borrowers and partners throughout the loan process.

• One to three years of similar or related experience.
• Prior experience working in the mortgage industry is a plus.
