Whatyou will be doing
The weekend receptionist provides a wide range of administrative and clerical support to management, staff, and residents, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication within the facility. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, delivering exceptional hospitality while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.
- Assists with maintaining and organizing all move‑in and move‑out documentation under the direction of the Director of Assisted Living & Memory Care.
- Serves as a liaison between departments, families, guests and staff, handling confidential and non‑routine information with discretion and explaining policies as needed.
- Answers, screens and routes telephone calls; provides accurate information, takes detailed messages and schedules appointments as needed.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Proficiency with word processing, telephone systems, typing, office equipment and computer software including spreadsheets, database and presentation software.
