Knight Watch, Inc. is a growing Commercial Security Systems & Building Automation provider in Michigan. We partner with healthcare, educational, and industrial facilities and value teamwork, innovation, and employee development. This position is based in Kalamazoo, MI.

Responsibilities
  • Project governance, tracking and documenting open punch lists or actions as part of system installations.
  • Assign tasks to internal and external stakeholders; schedule walkthroughs; work with subcontractors; maintain a project schedule.
  • Create and complete project management documentation.
  • Attend and document minutes of meetings and actions items.
  • Provide guidance and lead project meetings in the absence of the Project Manager.
  • Meet and communicate project metrics and reports on progress and schedule.
  • Assist with bilingual communication as needed (English / French / Spanish / German / other).
Qualifications
  • Go-getter with initiative and proactive scheduling.
  • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with clients on a global scale.
  • Experience in physical access control, intrusion detection, and CCTV installations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with coordinating security system installations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule with limited off-shift commitments.
What You Are Accountable For
