Connected Worker Project Specialist
Kalamazoo, MI
W2 or 1099
$30-35/per hour
You will be a US citizen supporting the development of Connected Worker solutions within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Configure OEE/Connected Worker platforms, including workflows, assets, forms, instructions and site structures.
- Develop SOPs, training materials, and Power BI dashboards.
- Work with shop-floor SMEs to capture and digitise operational knowledge.
- Gather and document requirements across Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and Digital/IT.
- Support pilots, testing, user feedback and adoption.
- Ensure digital content aligns with GMP and data integrity requirements.
Your experience:
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, batch execution and shop-floor workflows.
- Experience gathering requirements for manufacturing digital solutions.
- Office
365 experience - Knowledge of GMP, electronic records, data integrity and computerised system validation/implementation.
- Lean Six Sigma / Operational Excellence knowledge
