Family Oriented Organization + 100% Employer-Paid Family Health Insurance + Profit Sharing + Long-Term Leadership OpportunityA bit about us:

We are an established commercial and industrial concrete contractor serving a diverse portfolio of construction projects throughout the Midwest. Our team works on everything from educational and healthcare facilities to industrial developments, commercial buildings, multifamily projects, and specialized concrete construction.

Our business has been built on quality workmanship, strong client relationships, and a team of experienced construction professionals who take pride in their work. We value people who are dependable, technically strong, and comfortable taking ownership of their projects.

As we plan for the future of our estimating and project management operations, we are looking to bring on a Commercial Concrete Estimator who wants to build a long-term career with an organization that values stability, autonomy, and professional development.

This is not simply an opportunity to prepare bids. We are looking for someone who wants to grow into a key contributor within our organization, working alongside experienced construction leaders and eventually taking ownership of complex commercial concrete projects.

We are open to two types of candidates: experienced commercial concrete estimators or accomplished concrete field leaders, including Superintendents, Foremen, and Project Managers, who are interested in transitioning into estimating.

For the right person, we are willing to invest the time and training necessary to make that transition successful.

Why join us?

Long-term career opportunity:
Join an established contractor focused on developing its next generation of estimating and project management leadership.

Mentorship from experienced professionals:
Work directly alongside seasoned estimators and project managers who can share years of industry knowledge.

Opportunity to transition from the field:
Experienced concrete professionals who understand construction methods but want to move into an office-based position are encouraged to apply.

Autonomy and ownership:
Take responsibility for estimating projects and helping manage the jobs you successfully secure.

Variety of projects:
Work on commercial, industrial, educational, healthcare, and multifamily concrete construction projects.

Stable relationships and repeat business:
Enjoy a mix of competitive bidding and projects developed through established client relationships.

Exceptional benefits:
Receive 100% employer-paid family health insurance, a company vehicle, a 6% 401(k) match, annual profit sharing, and paid time off.

Supportive team culture:
Work in an environment built around accountability, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to getting the job done right.
