Technical Support, Customer Service Rep
We are looking to hire a talented Service Advisor to join our team and grow with us. You are the first point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service. From greeting vehicle owners on the drive line to explaining the repair process, our Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others.

- Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Greeting customers, answering phones and questions
- Opening and closing repair orders
- Ensuring proper company and warranty processes are followed
- Preparing and presenting accurate repair estimates
- Obtaining repair authorizations
- Keeping all parties updated on diagnostics and repair progress
- Supervising the shop operation and workflow during the shift
- Distribute work between technicians efficiently ensuring daily inventory of technicians’ time is sold to service customers
- Organized and friendly personality
- Demonstrated ability to manage others
- Time management skills
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance

- Strong technical / mechanical background in the transportation field
