** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Understand the functions and operations of the Etix System
* Sell all types of ticket orders and GHG gift cards in person at the ticket office
* Process group and other orders for all events held at the Event Center
* Check IDs and fulfill will call orders and incentive pick ups
* Maintain good customer relations and service
* Maintain accuracy in financial transactions
* Provide information to patrons regarding events, ticket policies, and arena facts
* Answer customer inquiries in person and over the phone
* Assist in enforcement of building policies and procedures for patrons
* Assist in sorting, logging, and returning lost-and-found items
* Attend staff training## #
** What You Need for this Position
*** Excellent skills in customer relations, communications and problem solving
* Cash handling experience
* Sales and customer service experience preferred
* Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
* Ability to work morning and afternoon shifts including some weekdays
* Able to sit or stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours or more
* Able to stoop and bend
* Occasionally able to lift up to 40 pounds
* Able to comply with safety standards#
