** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Greet all guests by making them feel welcome and comfortable
* Anticipate guest’s wants, needs, and desires
* Productive and proactive in providing personalized guest experiences
* Prioritize and use time management skills
* Take initiative to resolve concerns and understand guest needs
* Provide guest experiences that build positive relationships
* Provide thorough and knowledgeable explanations of the Kalamazoo Athletic Club in order to maximize each sale and optimize customers satisfaction
* Continuously promote yourself and the Kalamazoo Athletic Club to ensure growth professionally
* Give tours to potential members and fitness orientations to new members and guest
* Communicate amenities and promote the Kalamazoo Athletic Club
* Continuation of knowledge within the health and fitness industry#
** What You Need for this Position
*** Excellent customer service skills and strong multitasking skills
* Ability to use software programs and navigate the computer system
* Able to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours or more
* Able to stoop and bend
* Able to lift up to 40 pounds from time to time
* Able to safely work with potentially dangerous chemicals and equipment
* Able to comply with safety and health code standards
* Able to handle responsibilities that require repetitive motion tasks # #
