Client Services Representative

• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Process payments, service accounts, and verify required documentation
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
• Maintain accurate customer and account records
• Process mail and support day-to-day operational activities
• Prioritize workload and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset and sound judgment
• Customer service experience preferred
• General knowledge of banking, finance, or insurance is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Teams, and PDF software
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service, administrative, banking, insurance, or financial services experience preferred
