• Compose and scratch‑bake a range of baked goods for Epic’s daily menus
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and refine existing favorites
• Support catered events and prepare high‑volume baked goods while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in a high‑volume production environment

• 2+ years baking in a professional kitchen and/or a Baking & Pastry Arts degree
• Large‑volume experience is a plus
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
• Relocation to Madison, WI area (relocation assistance available)
• Available for overnight work, 3rd shift hours
• COVID‑19 vaccination
