You will operate an independent Doctor of Optometry office alongside a Luxottica‑operated optical dispensary. You retain your professional autonomy, schedule, fee schedule, and patient revenues. No company‑imposed restrictions, interference or quotas. The scope of practice is limited only by your professional direction.

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
