• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new manufacturing processes and equipment.

• Manage engineering projects from conception through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and support new product introductions.
• Develop and manage the engineering department's budget and resource allocation.
• Ensure all engineering activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.

• Strong technical background in an engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) with direct experience in manufacturing operations.
• Proven experience leading and managing engineering teams within a production or R&D environment linked to manufacturing.
• Demonstrated success in overseeing engineering projects from concept through to successful implementation on the manufacturing floor.
• Expertise in applying continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to optimize manufacturing processes and product quality.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, quality systems, and safety standards.

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, robotics, IIoT)
• Proficiency with manufacturing execution systems (MES) or ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
