Salary Range: $74,000 - $113,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods and processes.
- Design, test, and implement manufacturing tools, fixtures, and equipment.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) by defining manufacturing processes and ensuring manufacturability.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flows, and BOMs.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, and Production to resolve issues and achieve production goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focusing on process optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, AutoCAD) for designing manufacturing tools, fixtures, or layouts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Familiarity with automation, robotics, and PLC systems in a production setting.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Experience with robotics, automation, or advanced manufacturing technologies
- Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for process optimization
- PMP certification or demonstrated experience leading complex manufacturing projects
