• Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspections on robotic systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and software issues in industrial robots.
• Program and teach robot paths, waypoints, and logic for manufacturing processes and new product integration.
• Calibrate and align robotic arms and end-effectors to ensure precision and accuracy.
• Install, test, and commission new robotic equipment and integrated cells on the production floor.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system modifications.
• Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols, quality standards, and industry best practices.

• Associate's degree in Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with industrial robots (e.g., Fanuc, ABB, Kuka) in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens platforms).
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair complex robotic system malfunctions.

• Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
• Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet).
• Basic understanding of HMI/SCADA systems for process monitoring.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with CAD software for reviewing designs or robot cell layouts.
