Overview
Great Lakes Drone Company (GLDC) is currently hiring Part 107 UAS Pilots and support staff for our on-call emergency response team to support local public safety teams in Kalamazoo County. This is ongoing recruitment for part-time paid on-call positions starting January 1, 2025. Training is available for the right candidates.
Responsibilities- Support on-call UAS emergency response operations to assist local public safety teams.
- Operate drones under Part 107 regulations as part of the on-call team.
- Participate in training and drills as required.
- Interest in using UAS in support of local public safety teams.
- Willingness to train the right people to join the team.
- Experience with or willingness to pursue Part 107 UAS certification.
