What You'll Do (The Playbook)Deliver Excellence:
Provide outstanding haircuts, styling, and grooming services (including fades, tapers, and precision cuts) to our clientele.

Perform our relaxing services, including the legendary hot steamed towel and massaging shampoo.
Retail Recommendations:
Educate clients on professional hair care products and recommend the right solutions for their needs.
Teamwork:
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional station, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented store environment.
Stay Sharp:
Participate in ongoing paid training to keep your skills cutting edge.
Current License: A valid state cosmetology or barber license is required.
Passion: A love for cutting hair and creating a great client experience.

Reliability:
Strong work ethic and professional appearance.
Experience:
Experience with men's hair is a plus, but not necessary— we offer specialized training!
