Salary: $19‑21 per hour

As a part of our team, you will support hotel, restaurant, and grocery clients in upholding brand standards, ensuring food quality, and delivering customer‑focused service.

• Conduct assessments that measure conformity to regulatory, industry, and proprietary brand standards for clients.
• Observe food prep and cooking standards to ensure food safety, health, and sanitation practices.
• Partner with clients to address root causes of assessment discrepancies and develop corrective action plans.
• Teach and coach clients on creating safer, healthier environments for themselves and their customers.
• Travel 50%‑70% (or 8‑10 days per month), including some evening and weekend work.
• Conduct audits and inspections.
• Implement and monitor food safety.
• Train and educate staff.
• Investigate food safety incidents.
• Ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain documentation and records.
• Influence others with tact and skill.
• Provide clear and constructive feedback in a positive manner.
• Work autonomously with flexibility.
• Organize and prioritize work based on urgency and efficiency.
• Possess strong technical knowledge of food safety (preferred).

• Required:
  
  CP‑FS certification or meet requirements to obtain it.
• Must pass pre‑employment background screen.
• Available to work Monday‑Friday, Saturdays, and evenings as needed.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass motor vehicle record search.
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations (covered by us).
• Strong knowledge of food safety is preferred.
• Serv Safe and/or CP‑FS Certification(s) a plus.
• Excellent listening, organization, communication, and time management skills.
