Celebrating 50 years of service, Lancaster Laboratories is a leading contract lab providing testing and research services in the environmental, pharmaceutical, and biopharmaceutical sciences to clients worldwide.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to support our lab and customer experience operations as we launch a new program. This role is essential to maintaining operational excellence across sample intake, account management, and report delivery.

• Collaborate with different teams in the lab to identify and process specific samples.
• Organize and stage samples for laboratory processing, ensuring readiness and compliance with internal protocols.

• Review digital and paper forms to determine report delivery requirements.
• Create and manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing and reporting.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for a small group of business partners via email, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Communicate with clients using standardized email templates.
• Monitor internal systems to track report readiness and ensure timely delivery.

• Maintain comprehensive records in the administrative system, including report status, account updates, and communication logs.
• Verify the presence of key data in cloud storage and ensure proper documentation in the relevant internal systems.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in navigating multiple digital systems and tools (e.g., internal dashboards).
• Ability to interpret data tables and manage information accurately (Metabase experience is a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and confidentiality.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Background in laboratory or health tech environments is a plus.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Position is full-time, 8am - 5pm with occasional overtime required.
