We are representing a rapidly growing privately held organization that is an industry leader in the technology integration solutions space. The company partners with globally recognized Fortune 500 companies and small‑to‑mid companies, offering a commercial and enterprise‑driven solutions stack. It has been recognized by several industry leading publications as a Top Place to Work.

Our client will relocate. This is a Hybrid position that will require the candidate to be onsite 2 days/week (West Michigan or Metro Detroit market).

Position Overview
  • Reporting to the CEO, this candidate will lead the sales and business development functions to drive strategic revenue growth. The company aims to 2x revenue within the next 36 months.
  • Vice President will lead a robust sales team of 20 Account Managers and Business Development Professionals, as well as a Business Development Director and Director of Accounts.
  • Develop annual and quarterly revenue plans.
  • Work closely with Executive Leadership to ensure alignment on forecasting with Operations and Finance.
  • Develop Sales "Score Cards" for Commercial and Business Development teams.
Position Requirements
  • Experience in SaaS, MSP, MSSP, or Enterprise Technology.
  • 10+ years of leading sales teams with a proven track record of driving revenue.
  • Experience with solutions‑based sales is preferred.
  • Involved in developing and enhancing a sales team, targeting "Sales Leader" versus "Individual Rainmaker."
  • Experience working with Private Equity is a plus.
  • Business Savvy is an absolute must‑have.
Compensation
  • $160,000–$180,000 base salary + bonus ($275,000–$335,000 total compensation package).
