Responsible for providing daily on‑site support for network and workstation printer devices. This role focuses heavily on customer service, technical troubleshooting, and maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) between the customer and RICOH. The ideal candidate is technically inclined, customer‑focused, and comfortable with physical activity.
salary: $22.99 - $23 per hour

Duration: 3–12 months (possible perm)
Provide daily on‑site support for network and workstation printers with a solid focus on customer service. Respond to and document service requests in TRAC Solution, resolve issues quickly, and elevate complex problems as needed to ensure SLAs are met.
Responsibilities include:- On‑site support and basic training for printer users
- Troubleshooting and issue resolution; escalation when necessary
- Managing on‑site printer parts, consumables, and hot‑swap inventory
- Printer procurement, meter reads, and fleet documentation
- Maintaining printer tools and databases
Physical Requirements:
Extensive walking and lifting; up to 50 lbs independently (assistance provided if needed).

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
