You will help clients navigate personal injury and workers compensation claims, providing legal counsel, representation, and advocacy.

Onsite - Kalamazoo or St. Joseph, MI

• Client Consultations:
  Discuss client personal injury claims and explain the legal process.
• Case Investigation:
  Gather evidence, including medical records, accident reports, and witness statements.
• Claim Filing:
  Prepare and file claims, ensuring all documents are complete.
• Negotiation:
  Negotiate with insurance companies and others to secure favorable settlements.
• Litigation:
  Represent clients in hearings and trials when needed.
• Client Support:
  We provide ongoing support and quickly address any questions.
• Documentation:
  Keep detailed case records to track progress and meet legal standards.
• Legal Research:
  Research laws and regulations relevant to each case.
• Legal Strategy:
  Create tailored legal strategies for each client.
• Legal Updates:
  Stay informed about changes in Michigan laws to support our clients.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active Michigan bar admission, open to newly barred and experienced candidates.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
