Overview
To provide electrical and electronics support to the manufacturing facility to maximize safety, quality, and production uptime.
Pay Range $22.88 - $40.02/HR, based on experience
Schedule
- Night Shift 5:30PM - 5:30AM with 3 paid breaks.

Responsibilities
KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diagnose and repair faulty production and related plant equipment with minimal supervision using schematics, manuals and drawings. Diagnose and repair electro-mechanical problems, troubleshoot electrical issues, and have a strong understanding of preventative maintenance strategies.
- Identify faulty parts and provide proper nomenclature to enable ordering of spares or replacements.
- Install equipment and conduct test runs.
- Develop and maintain store room spare parts inventory and establish withdraw, return and re-order procedures.
- General working knowledge of machine shop equipment.
- Be team-oriented with leadership qualities and capable of leading co-workers in assigned tasks.
- Maintain necessary records and established maintenance procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
- Assist with tooling setup and maintenance when needed.
- Responsible for additional specific duties related to each shift as assigned by Shift Team Leader.
- Other duties as necessary.

- Ability to operate basic machine shop equipment.
Maintenance/Repair
- Demonstrates advanced mechanical aptitude and abilities.
- Demonstrates thorough knowledge of production technological methods and procedures, and capabilities of machines and equipment in manufacturing facilities.
- Demonstrates the ability to perform electrical troubleshooting, repair and equipment installation.
- Demonstrate the ability to use electrical meters to include multimeter and amp meter.
Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Three to five years of experience in a related field and a mechanical pretest to employment.
- High school graduate required.
- Completion of a vocational or trade school curriculum from an authorized school with a concentration in electro-mechanical courses desired.
- Must be able to read and use precision instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
- Speaking and presentation skills to conduct effective meetings.

Must be able to:
- Work 12 hour shift, standing and walking for extended periods.
- Climb.
- Heed safety warnings, devices and alarms.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Lift and carry products weighing up to 50 lbs. Occasional lifts up to 75 lbs. All lifts over 75 lbs require 2-person lift or mechanical assistance.
- Possess an adequate ability to do problem solving and establish cause-and-effect relationships in an office and/or manufacturing environment.
