Their partnership also enables the expansion of our Metro Detroit Service Center operations into a larger, state‑of‑the‑art facility.

We're looking for an experienced Electric Motor Mechanic to join our growing team. In this role, you'll use your technical expertise, analytical mindset, and attention to detail to repair industrial AC/DC electric motors, generators, pumps, gearboxes, and related rotating equipment, all while contributing to our culture of continuous improvement.

• Diagnosing, disassembling, repairing, assembling, and preparing equipment for shipment
• Performing mechanical rebuilds on electric motors, pumps, and fans
• Measuring and recording data using precision tools (dial indicators, micrometers, vibration meters, etc.)
• Conducting electrical tests using multimeters, meggers, and Baker instruments
• Measuring winding resistance, RTD and heater resistances, and mechanical fits/clearances
• Participating in daily discussions on customer products and workflow

• 5+ years of AC/DC motor repair experience
• 2+ years of team coordination or lead experience
• Strong technical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
  
  Ability to diagnose and repair motors, fans, pumps, gearboxes, and other rotating equipment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Self‑starter with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to sit, stand, or kneel for extended periods
