Production Supervisor - Kalamazoo Area

Salary Range: $63,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

• Direct and oversee daily production operations and personnel.
• Ensure production schedules are met and output targets achieved.
• Monitor and maintain product quality in accordance with specifications.
• Implement and enforce all company safety policies and procedures.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues and inefficiencies.
• Train, coach, and evaluate the performance of production team members.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare operational reports.

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing production environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate, train, and develop production staff.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, safety protocols, and quality control standards.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and reporting.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent continuous improvement training
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for production planning and inventory management
• Bilingual communication skills, especially Spanish, to support a diverse workforce
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation or robotics
