Adult Home Health Nurse – LPN/RN – Kalamazoo, MI

We are urgently seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide private duty nursing for a kind and soft‑spoken woman transitioning home from Mary Freebed to her residence in Kalamazoo. She requires 24/7 skilled nursing care along with 24/7 attendant care, with an aide on shift alongside the nurse for additional support.

Location: Kalamazoo, MI
Shifts: Full‑time and Part‑time (24/7 coverage)
Compensation: Weekly pay, referral bonus, shift differential

• Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care, etc.)
• Monitor and document vitals, symptoms, and changes in condition
• Assist with ADLs such as repositioning, hygiene, mobility, etc.
• Support patient well‑being with compassionate and attentive care
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and the healthcare team

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
• Experience in home health, private duty, or long‑term care preferred
• Pediatric or adult care experience a plus (trach/vent knowledge helpful but not required)
• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient‑centered care
