Compensation & Schedule

• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (Full Time)

• Full Time: 1st & 3rd Shifts

• Part Time: 3rd Shift

• PRN: 1st & 2nd Shifts

• Additional Pay: $3.40/hour Hero Pay

• 39-Bed Facility

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct nursing care based on individualized care plans

• Administer medications and perform treatments according to resident needs

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing assistants

• Ensure compliance with all state regulations and clinical standards

• Support residents with compassion, professionalism, and strong clinical judgment

• Active RN license

• Medication administration and IV certification

• Strong knowledge of state rules and regulations

• A passion for resident care and clinical excellence

• Positive, dependable attendance and a team-focused mindset
