Job Opportunity – Clinical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) – Michigan

Start Date: September 9, 2026

Location: Kalamazoo, Michigan

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Standard schedule with flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Provide direct clinical nursing care to elderly participants in both clinic and home-based settings
• Work independently applying advanced nursing knowledge to manage complex clinical situations
• Collaborate with Primary Care Providers to monitor acute and chronic medical conditions
• Conduct regular home visits including wound care, lab draws, and comprehensive nurse assessments
• Utilize care plans to deliver coordinated, compassionate care to a frail and elderly population

• Associate's degree required in Nursing;
  Bachelor's degree in Science of Nursing preferred
• RN Nursing Diploma or Degree from accredited School of Nursing or University
• Active Michigan RN license
• Minimum one year experience working with frail, elderly, or long-term care populations
• Home care experience (minimum one year preferred)
• Wound care experience (minimum one year preferred)
• Current CPR certification by AHA or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Valid Michigan driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Full vaccination or willingness to be fully vaccinated against required communicable diseases (Influenza, MMR, Varicella, Tdap/Td, COVID-19, and Hepatitis
