Travel RN - Emergency Dept

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Emergency Dept RN with Level 1 Trauma experience preferred and active MI RN license required.

• Active MI RN license required
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC (AHA)
• Preferred certifications: ENPC, NIHSS, and CPI
• 2 years of recent ER experience preferred
• Level 1 Trauma experience strongly recommended
• Proof of Flu vaccination required with consideration, or exemption submitted within 48 hours of signing
• Supervisor-level references required

• Work in a General Emergency Department treating combined adult and pediatric patients
• Level I and Level II Trauma Center setting
• Day shift schedule (3x12 hours, 7:00am-7:30pm)
• Epic charting system preferred
• No floating requirement
• No on‑call requirement
• Every other weekend and holidays required
• Expected to be clocked in and ready for report at shift start
• Holiday coverage required as needed by the unit, with no guaranteed RTO for holiday requests
• RTO limited to no more than 10 days
• Travelers are first to float
• Locals accepted at the same rate with no radius restrictions
• Previous Bronson internal travelers may return after 6 months, previous permanent staff may return after 1 year
• Annual self-reported training modules required, completed during orientation
