As part of Wolverine Lawn Services’ Snow & Ice Management team, Sidewalk Crew Members and Leads are responsible for keeping walkways, entrances, and pedestrian areas safe, clear, and accessible during winter weather events.

Working closely with your team and Zone Leaders, you’ll remove snow, apply de-icer, and maintain professional standards on every site. This is a fast-paced, hands‑on role ideal for people who take pride in hard work, teamwork, and dependable service.

• Seasonal Bonus: Earn additional $ the more hours you work throughout the season.

• Remove snow and ice from sidewalks, steps, and entryways using shovels, snow blowers, and power brooms.
• Apply salt or other de‑icing products to maintain safe walking surfaces.
• Operate small equipment safely and report any maintenance needs immediately.
• Maintain communication with your Crew Lead or Zone Leader throughout each event.
• Follow Wolverine quality and safety standards for every property.
• Work efficiently in cold, snowy, and low‑light conditions.
• Provide professional, courteous service when interacting with clients or the public.
• Assist teammates as needed—
  everyone shovels where equipment can’t reach.

Ideal Candidate

• Reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working outdoors in winter conditions.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor for extended periods.
• Team‑oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Prior experience in snow removal, landscaping, or construction is helpful but not required.

$18 - $28 hourly
