ResponsibilitiesThe Landscape Maintenance Team Leader is an experienced team member responsible for overseeing and working with a landscape maintenance crew of one to two team members. The crew performs landscape maintenance tasks such as lawn mowing, spring/fall clean ups, weeding, annual flower planting, mulching and other related services.
- Mowing lawns
- Weed wacking
- Weeding by hand
- Leaf blowing
- Pruning shrubs
- Mulching
- Other related landscape projects
- Minimum 5+ years with Landscape maintenance
- Ability to work independently
Candidate has the desire to direct team members, manage time and complete tasks within budget while maintaining Naylor Landscape Management’s quality standards.
Licenses- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Drivers License
- Chauffer license
