Who we are looking for

The Quality & Training Analyst is responsible for performing the day-to-day activities required to maintain Tekna's quality system and ensure the organization operates in compliance with it, while also serving as a key resource for training production staff on quality standards, procedures, and compliance requirements. This hybrid role blends technical quality assurance execution with hands‑on training delivery, ensuring that quality knowledge and standards are effectively transferred to the production floor.

What

you'll get to do:
Keep Our Quality System Running Strong

You’ll play a hands‑on role in making sure our products meet the highest standards, including:

  • Signing off on Device History Records (DHRs) to confirm each lot meets specificiations
  • Keeping our document control and quality system organized, up to date, and audit‑ready
  • Calibrating inspection and production equipment to keep everything running accurately
  • Stepping in to support incoming inspection when extra hands are needed
  • Monitoring production testing and tracking defects to catch issues early
  • Leading internal audits to help us continuously improve
  • Digging into complaints, nonconformities, and corrective actions; helping investigate, document, and resolve issues as they come up
  • Supporting external and supplier audits as needed
