• Pay: $15.38 per hour (fixed)

Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station in accordance with federal, state and corporate standards, ensuring high‑quality food service.

• Take orders from customers and prepare items requiring short preparation; serve customers at multiple stations.
• Serve customers efficiently and friendly, maintaining food temperature, appearance and taste; taste all prepared items.
• Use established ticket‑collection procedures and maintain record‑keeping during service periods.
• Follow approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and portion control.
• Transport pans, kettles and trays of food to and from workstations, stove and refrigerator safely.
• Store foods in designated areas, implementing standard wrapping, dating, food‑safety and rotation procedures.
• Clean, sanitize and maintain all assigned work areas, equipment and utensils to meet sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer concerns and report relevant information to supervisors.
• Attend in‑service and safety meetings.
• Maintain positive working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators and managers.
• Perform job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
• Carry out other assigned duties as needed.
