Job Title

Store Crew / Retail Sales Associate – 7‑Eleven

Kalamazoo, MI

$13.00 – $21.00 per hour

Part‑time (full‑time opportunities available)

Entry Level

• Cash handling and fuel transactions
• Cleaning, stocking, and maintaining a clean, safe environment
• Food preparation and food service safety for food service positions
• Providing excellent customer service and interaction with customers
• Following and promoting the rewards loyalty program
• Multi‑tasking, bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Desire for meeting and exceeding customer expectations
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment
• Ability to ensure proper food preparation and presentation
• Excellence in cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion
• Ability to follow proper health code guidelines
• Physical capability to multi‑task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs
