Base Salary: $55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Additional compensation:
Base salary + uncapped commissions, performance bonuses, paid training and development, flexible scheduling, paid time off, holidays.

• Prospect and convert leads into policies
• Consult with clients and recommend coverage
• Sell/cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, Commercial insurance
• Maintain strong client relationships and support
• Meet personal sales goals and contribute to agency growth
• Leverage CRM tools for tracking

• 1+ year sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred
• Excellent communicator and negotiator
• Comfortable with outbound sales calls
• Organized and eager to learn
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (or willing to obtain)
• Bilingual skills a plus
