This is a full-time, on‑site role based in Kalamazoo, MI, for an Account Manager at Tiffany’s Wine Shoppe. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include managing client accounts to ensure exceptional service, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and developing strategies to meet sales goals. The role also involves overseeing product orders, assisting with merchandise displays, and processing transactions. The Account Manager will work closely with the team to promote the unique offerings of Tiffany's, including wines, gourmet foods, and specialty items, while maintaining the shoppe’s commitment to excellence.

• Strong account management and client relationship‑building skills
