• Learn the fundamentals of sales, marketing strategy, and customer engagement through guided mentorship and in-field training.
• Represent well-known brands across retail and promotional campaigns.
• Build strong customer relationships while delivering impactful product presentations.
• Collaborate with team leaders to plan and execute marketing initiatives.
• Participate in daily morning meetings at our Kalamazoo corporate office, followed by assignments at partner retail locations

• Gain valuable leadership, communication, and management skills as you progress.

• Competitive base pay ($14–$18/hr) or commission — whichever is higher
