We’re pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a motivated, goal‑oriented sales professional to join our team as an In‑Home Sales Consultant in Kalamazoo, MI.

Base Pay Range

$80,000.00 / yr – $ / yr

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Conduct 1–2 in‑home appointments per day, with the potential to add more as your calendar allows.
  • Educate customers on our product lineup—windows, roofing, siding, gutters, gutters protection, bathtubs, and showers—while providing a personalized, 5‑star experience.
  • Utilize AI tools to capture accurate measurements and offer interactive visualizations to help customers understand the installation process.
  • Present customized quotes that fit the customer’s budget and initiate the financial assistance process when needed.
  • Close sales at an average rate of 30% or higher by identifying customer needs and delivering outstanding service.
What We’re Looking For
  • Solid customer service and/or sales experience; prior experience is not required because we provide comprehensive training.
  • Strong work ethic and self‑motivation to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and drive to control your own earnings.
  • 1099 subcontractor status—capacity to provide your own vehicle and iPad.
