As an Agent in Training, you will generate new business, deliver tailored insurance solutions, and support a positive team culture. Strong communication skills, sales passion, and the desire to help clients protect their assets are essential. Prior sales experience or proven goal achievement required.

Key Responsibilities- Prospect and convert leads into policies
- Consult with clients and recommend coverage
- Sell/cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, Commercial insurance
- Maintain strong client relationships and support
- Meet personal sales goals and contribute to agency growth
- Leverage CRM tools for tracking
- 1+ year sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred
- Excellent communicator and negotiator
- Comfortable with outbound sales calls
- Organized and eager to learn
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (or willing to obtain)
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Base salary + uncapped commissions
